All details provided are true and accurate. You agree to update the Academy immediately if any information changes.

Medical Fitness

Your child is physically fit to participate in tennis and related sports activities. You confirm that all medical conditions, allergies, or special needs have been disclosed. Any failure to disclose relevant medical details remains your sole responsibility.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that sports activities involve inherent risks, including falls, impacts, injuries, or accidents. You voluntarily accept all such risks on behalf of your child.

Release of Liability

Ons Jabeur Academy, its staff, coaches, partners, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, accident, health issue, or incident that may occur during training, matches, events, or any activity organized by the Academy, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
By registering, you release and discharge the Academy from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or damages related to your child’s participation.

Personal Belongings

The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought to the premises or events.

Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an accident or medical emergency, you authorize the Academy to arrange medical treatment for your child. All costs related to such treatment are your full responsibility.

Conduct & Compliance

Your child must follow all safety rules and instructions of the coaches. The Academy has the right to suspend or remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Media Consent (Optional)

The Academy may take photos or videos during activities for internal or promotional use. You may choose to allow or decline the use of your child’s image.

Social Media Appearance Consent (Optional)

By providing consent, you authorize Ons Jabeur Academy to capture, use, and publish your child’s photographs, videos, or recorded content on its official platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website, and printed promotional materials.

This may include:
• Training sessions
• Matches and events
• Group activities
• Highlight reels and promotional content

You acknowledge and agree that:
• These materials may appear publicly and may be shared by third parties beyond the Academy’s control.
• No financial compensation will be provided for the use of such images or videos.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying the Academy in writing, which will apply to future content only.

If you do not grant consent, your child will be excluded from all photos/videos intended for public release.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ons Jabeur Academy from any claims brought by third parties due to your child’s behavior or non-compliance with Academy rules.
